Orders in the ByNature store can only be placed on the website.
We only accept orders from people over 18 years of age. Placing an order in the store is tantamount to a declaration of age.
The fulfillment of the submitted order is subject to the correct completion of the order form. In particular, the delivery address, contact phone number, and e-mail address must be provided, under which the order can be confirmed and contacted regarding the submitted order.
All payments in the bynature.ie store are made through Stripe, PayPal, a debit or credit card.
By placing an order, as a customer, you accept these Terms and Conditions and enter into a distance contract with our company, and you consent to the processing of your personal data by ByNature. On our part, we will make every effort to ensure that your data is used solely for the correct execution of the order.
After accepting your order, we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the order and arrange the shipping details.
Orders can be placed around the clock and all days of the year. Orders placed on weekends and non-working days will be processed for delivery on the next business day. If there are any changes regarding the opening days, we will inform you on the main page of our website.
All goods purchased on bynature.ie are in good condition, originally packaged, and have a minimum expiry date of 3 months from the date of purchase. The exception are products from promotions, which have a clearly visible different expiry date in their name or description.
We reserve the right to refuse the execution of orders that raise our suspicions. In that case, the order is not fulfilled and the payment is cancelled.
In the event of a possible price change, we are obliged to inform the customer immediately. In the absence of acceptance of the new price, the order for the specified product will not be fulfilled.
The prices of goods are expressed in EURO.
The delivery time for an order is between 2 and 7 working days. Usually this time is 2-5 working days. The purchased goods are delivered to the address specified in the order form.
Promotions are not combined. The customer purchasing the promotional item can only benefit from one special offer.
You have the option to return the item within 10 days of purchase. This applies only to products that have been factory-packed. If the product has been unpacked, the return will not be accepted. The buyer agrees to return the item at their own expense and notify the store before shipping. Before returning the item, please fill out the form on our website. We will send you a reply with the delivery address and further instructions.
Returns without the store's prior approval will not be accepted.
Complaints regarding manufacturing defects will be addressed in accordance with generally accepted principles. After a positive review, the item will be replaced with a new one, and in the event that this is not possible, we are obligated to refund the payment.
Complaints regarding mechanical damage resulting during transport and lack of ordered goods will only be considered upon receipt of the goods in the presence of the courier. The condition for accepting such a complaint is the refusal to accept the shipment.
If the customer does not receive the shipment within 14 days, from the moment of payment, they are obliged to inform us immediately. Complaints submitted after 21 calendar days from the date of purchase will not be considered.
In matters not regulated by the above document, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code in force in Ireland apply.
The responsibility for knowing the law and the legality of supplements in other countries lies with the buyer.
Despite all efforts, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions published on the website do not contain any errors or omissions. However, any incorrect descriptions cannot be used as a basis for claims, and in case of any doubts, please contact us before making a purchase.
