1. The owner of the shop www.bynature.ie is ByNature, registered in the Republic of Ireland.
2. Orders in the ByNature store can only be placed on the website.
3. We carry out orders only from people over 18 years of age. Placing an order in the store is tantamount to a declaration of age.
4. The condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion of the order form. In particular, providing the exact address, contact telephone number and e-mail address at which it will be possible to confirm the order and contact regarding the placed order.
5. All payments in the bynature.ie store are made via Stripe, PayPal, debit or credit card.
6. By placing an order, as a Customer, you accept these Regulations and conclude a distance contract with our company and consent to the processing of your personal data by ByNature. For our part, we will make every effort to ensure that your data is used only for the proper execution of the order.
7. After accepting the order, we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the order and arrange shipping details.
8. Orders can be placed 24/7 and all days of the year. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day. If there are any changes to the opening days, we will inform you on the homepage of our website.
9. All goods purchased in the bynature.ie store are fit for use, originally packed, and the expiry date is at least 3 months from the date of purchase. The exception are promotion products that have a clearly visible other expiration date in the name or description.
10. We reserve the right to refuse orders that arouse our suspicions. In this case, the order is not processed and the payment is cancelled.
11. In the event of a possible price change, we are obliged to inform the customer immediately. If the new price is not accepted, the order for a specific product will not be processed.
12. The prices of goods are expressed in EURO.
13. The order fulfillment time is from 2 to 7 business days. Usually this time is 2-5 working days. The purchased goods are delivered to the address provided in the order form.
14. Promotions are not cumulative. A customer buying a promotional item benefits from only one special offer.
15. It is possible to return the goods within 10 days of purchase. This applies only to factory-packaged goods. If the goods have been unpacked, the return will not be made. The buyer undertakes to send back the goods at his own expense and to notify the store of this before shipping. Before returning an item, please complete the form on our website. We will write back to you with the delivery address and further instructions.
16. Returns without prior approval of the store will not be processed.
17. Complaints of manufacturing defects will be processed in accordance with generally accepted rules. After positive consideration, the goods will be exchanged for a new one, and if this is not possible, we are obliged to return the payment.
18. Complaints of mechanical damage caused during transport and the lack of ordered goods will be considered only at the time of receipt of the goods in the presence of the courier. The condition for accepting this type of complaint is the refusal to accept the shipment
19. If the customer does not receive the shipment within 14 days from the moment of payment, he is obliged to inform us immediately. Complaints submitted after 21 calendar days from the date of purchase will not be considered.
20. In matters not covered by the above document, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and commercial law in force in Ireland shall apply.
21. The buyer is responsible for knowing the law and the legality of supplements in other countries.
22. Despite all efforts, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions published on the website do not contain gaps or errors. Possible incorrect descriptions, however, cannot be the basis for claims, and in case of doubt, please contact us before making a purchase.
23. ByNature reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will modify the update date at the bottom of this site. We encourage users to check this page frequently. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically and that you are aware of any changes thereto.
